Our client is a National Property and FM Provider. It is currently looking to hire an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer in South East London.
As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will cover numerous client sites which range from small hospitals, commercial office space, to research centres. You must have a proven track record of working in a similar role and hold relevant qualifications. NVQ Level 2 or 3 Air Conditioning and Refigeration and theF-Gas certificate.
The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will carry out planned and reactive maintenance at these sites e.g. Filters, Split Units, AHUs, FCUs and other related building services. 80% will be PPMs and 20% will be reactive works.
Our client is looking for good Air Conditioning Engineers who can fault-find, are pro-active, want to help and are multi-skilled.
Our client is offering:
£35,000 - £37,000 (dep on exp) Company vehicle Call out rota Overtime Pension Excellent long-term opportunities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer who enjoys working in South East London and the surrounding area. Candidates must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
