Air Conditioning Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer or a Maintenance Engineer with a F-Gas qualification to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.
The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.
* Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours
* Working hours – 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
* On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only.
* Salary - £41,210/Yr.
* Location – Huddersfield / Leeds area
* Extra – Overtime available.
Your duties as an Air Conditioning Engineer will be yet not limited to
* PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
* Diagnostics and fault finding
* Repairs to cooling units and AHU’s
* Rectifying faults in plant rooms
* Splits, VRF and more.
* You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.

* Full UK License – 6 points max.
