CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our client’s team of facilities management professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance and repair, responsible for maintaining and servicing air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and end-client satisfaction.
This is a site based opportunity, located in Castle Donington, Derbyshire.
Package:
Competitive salary of £43,000 per annum (depending on experience) Core hours are Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week between 6:00am - 10:00pm Participation in 'out of hours' on call rota 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Generous workplace pension scheme Training, development & progression opportunities
Responsibilities:
Maintain, service and troubleshoot a variety of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, moving parts, to prolong the lifespan of HVAC equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning units, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency Conduct inspections and assessments of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions Collabo...
