Position - Air Conditioning EngineerLocation - High WycombeSalary/Package - £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) Van/Fuel Card, PPE & Tools, Overtime available, Call out 1-10, Pension & Perks, & MoreClientSpecialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning (HVAC) and mechanical services, primarily for retail, commercial, and industrial facilities. They offer full design services (including CAD), project management, installation, and 24/7 maintenance support nationwide.Job PurposeTo carry out installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning systems across commercial, retail, and industrial environments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, maintain, and repair a wide range of AC systems, including Split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and rooftop units.Carry out fault finding and diagnosticsDeliver both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Attend emergency callouts (on-call rota basis)Complete service and commissioning reports accurately and on timeEnsure all work complies with F-Gas and H&S regulationsCommunicate effectively with clients and internal teamsEssential Qualifications & ExperienceNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent)F-Gas Category 1 Certification (2079)Full UK driving licenceStrong fault-finding skillsDesirable Qualifications & SkillsIPAF, PASMA or CSCS certificationKnowledge of ventilation systems and general HVACWillingness to travel and work flexible hours (including occasional weekends and nights for emergency callouts)We are looking for a conscientious, reliable person capable of working on their own and as part of a team.
