JOB TITLE: HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer

LOCATION: Surrey, Southwest London and surrounding areas

SALARY: £45 - £52k dependent on experience, van/fuel card + overtime, no on call, 20 days annual leave + bank holidays

Working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out service and preventative maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning appliances on a mobile basis according to schedules.
  • Maintenance on systems such as VRVs, VRFs, splits and multi-split systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service to high-end residential blocks (landlord side), offices and other commercial sites in Surrey & Southwest London.
  • Overtime is available; van provided along with tools.
  • On-call 1 week in 5 with standby allowance and overtime rates.

Candidate Information

  • Good customer service skills, well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify faults on VRV/VRF systems, splits, AHUs and related equipment.
  • Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds/NVQ.
  • Experience working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts.
  • Strong working knowledge/troubleshooting skills on a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF, etc.
  • Motivated and trustworthy; looking to progress with a forward-thinking, growing business.
