OverviewTXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UK's leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.ResponsibilitiesPPMs on commercial HVAC systemsDiagnostics and fault findingRepairs to cooling units and AHUsRectifying faults in plant roomsSplits, VRF and moreYou will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.ScheduleSchedule - Monday to Friday 45 hoursWorking hours - 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)On Call - 1 in 4 weeks on call.
