What Youll Be Doing Technical Duties Carry out statutory and routine PPMs and reactive maintenance across various sites ??? Focus on air conditioning systems while supporting other disciplines as needed ?? Provide expert advice and technical support to clients and colleagues ?? Accurately record time and materials for minor works and assist with quoting ?? Keep Maximo (CAFM system) updated via tablet and ensure timesheets are complete ?? Service Delivery Deliver excellent service with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction ??
