JOB TITLE: Lead Air Conditioning Install Engineer SALARY: £40k-£50k + overtime, van etc LOCATION: Herts, Beds, Bucks COMPANY INFORMATION Lead Air Conditioning Install Engineer Close working relationships with high end clients meaning long term contracts and security Dedicated to all aspects of installation, service and reactive maintenance on a wide range of appliances including air conditioning such as AHUs, VRVs VRFs, splits etc Operating a team of multi skilled engineers across the Home Counties, our client is committed to training and developing their high calibre staff Excellent reputation for delivering quality and high standards of service to high end clients and luxury accommodation Our client only covers Herts Beds and Bucks so the work will all be local CANDIDATE INFORMATION Lead Air Conditioning Install Engineer Recognised air conditioning qualifications including f-Gas, City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent would be essential Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients Experience of working on air conditioning installation contracts/projects with the ability read drawings and follow them. Attention to detail and a pride in a tidy finish will be essential due to the nature of some of the sites. Good working knowledge on a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF, Split systems etc Motivated and trustworthy The successful candidate will have good mentoring skills and enjoying supporting and developing others. JOB INFORMATION Lead Air Conditioning Install Engineer Based from home and working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying installations of air conditioning appliances for commercial, retail, domestic and leisure customers You will work alongside an air conditioning trainee/improver/mate who will assist with the installations Overtime is available and plentiful The work will all be local, no staying away!
