Job purpose

To plan, install, test, commission and hand over air conditioning systems in both commercial and domestic properties, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role requires flexibility to cover Kent, London, and occasionally further afield in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out site surveys: assess requirements, measure, advise on optimal system layouts & identify any installation challenges. Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, manufacturer installation instructions, and specifications. Install a variety of air conditioning systems including but not limited to split, multi split, VRV/VRF, ducted units, heat pumps, AHUs/FCUs where required. Carry out all installation tasks: mechanical work (pipework, brazing, supports and brackets), electrical connections, refrigerant handling, control wiring, condensate drainage etc. Pressure test, vacuum, leak test, charge with refrigerant, and commission systems to meet manufacturer and regulatory specifications.
