Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer (Team Lead)

They're looking for an experienced AC/Refrigeration Engineer to join and take the lead in developing and managing this key division.

The Opportunity This is a hands-on and leadership role where you'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems-including splits, VRV/VRF systems, ventilation, heat pumps, cold rooms, and associated controls. You'll work closely with clients and site teams, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, while also taking a proactive role in mentoring and leading others within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems

Fault finding, diagnostics, and repair work

Install and commission A/C and refrigeration systems

Complete service records, risk assessments, and compliance documentation accurately
