Salary £41,361+ depending on experience
What you’ll be doing
-
Establishing, planning and managing or supporting the delivery of projects to schedule, cost and quality in line with agreed processes and our governance framework

Managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables are achieved and that issues are surfaced and effectively addressed

Supporting the identification and management of risks and opportunities
-
Perform project reporting, using data to produce management information and propose appropriate actions to achieve project and business success criteria

Managing change for the project across scope, cost and schedule
Your skills and experiences
Essential
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Proven ability to use data to develop and present insightful management information
-
Experience gained working on projects including time, cost & quality management
-
Understanding of creating and maintaining project schedules using appropriate toolsets

Understanding of risk and opportunity management
Desirable
-
Strength in STEM subjects with formal project management qualification or working towards
-
Track record working across multiple projects, both independently and as part of a team

Understanding of risk and opportunity management tools and techniques

The Air PM team
The team contributes to complex national and international projects within the Air Sector of BAE Systems. As part of this team, you will be working on class project control techniques to support the Project Managers in the delivery of large, high value, technically complex and strategically important programmes.
This role will provide you with opportunity to utilise state of the art project control technology and play an integral role in Program Management team.
