Alphacam and Cabinet Vision Pre-Sales Engineer (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer / Application Specialist for Alphacam and Cabinet Vision software. This role provides technical support to the sales team by delivering product demonstrations, installations, and customer training. The ideal candidate has hands-on machining experience and enjoys engaging with both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver professional Alphacam software demonstrations for prospective customers (both online and onsite).
  • Analyze customer needs and tailor demonstrations to align with their expectations and business goals.
  • Install Alphacam software and related components at customer sites or remotely.
  • Configure and deliver post-processors, offering technical consulting as needed.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and value realization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop demo materials, videos, and webinars.
  • Build customer trust through technical knowledge and ability to communicate return on investment.
  • Hands-on experience with Alphacam or a comparable CAD/CAM software.
  • Minimum 5 years of machining experience in wood, stone, or composites industries.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to both engineers and decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience with software installation and CNC post-processor setup.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
