Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Listen and understand to ascertain customer needs and recommend product solutions
  • Identify sales opportunities to help future growth
  • Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application
  • Develop applications that effectively accomplish client objectives and user needs
  • Install applications and confirm proper communication between equipment and systems
  • Answer telephone calls and provide price and deliveries to customers/sales with Technical Support as required
  • Produce quotations to specification/best practice requirements for relevant products
  • Prepare, coordinate and monitor the assigned engiMonitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
  • Ensure important/critical customer contact information is input into the CRM system Sales force in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission & values
