We’re first to market and aim for unicorn and beyond. The RoleAs our Application Support Engineer you will work alongside our VP Engineering to build best-in-class support processes. You will be the first dedicated hire in this position, so we’re looking for a subject matter expert we can build around. We have a customer-first mindset and this carries through internally and externally, so we’re looking for someone who can create seamless user experiences, rapid response times, and can build great architecture. Our product is like a 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle—finance, logistics, and industrial processes. You’ll need to quickly get up to speed and see the big picture.
