Key Responsibilities: Act as the technical-commercial interface with the customer, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood, assessed, and translated into deliverable solutions. Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and international exhibitions, acting as a brand ambassador and technical advisor. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects to uncover new opportunities and increase customer satisfaction.
