Apprentice Shift Engineer role at Imperial London Hotels. Join the ILH family and contribute to maintaining our hotels in Bloomsbury and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• General building repairs and maintenance to ensure hotels and buildings are well presented and maintained.
• Minor electrical work, painting, carpentry, outdoor landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Testing and monitoring the Building Management System (BMS).
• Supervise contractors when necessary to ensure work is completed to standard.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What we’d like from you

• Genuine interest or experience as a Shift Engineer or in general maintenance.
• Willingness to study a maintenance/service course; you may be studying at college.
• ready to attend college one day a week to obtain a Property Maintenance qualification.
• Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude; ability to prioritise workload and handle potential emergencies.
• Team player with confidence in speaking to guests and colleagues across the business.
