Assistant Audio Research Engineer / Deep Learning Engineer

Remote position. Long term contract at The Audio Programmer. This role is for an Assistant Audio Research Engineer to join a small, specialised research team and help develop next-generation music production software products.

Overview

This remote, long-term contract role seeks a PhD holder with published research and expertise in one or more of the following areas: speech synthesis, singing voice synthesis, automatic speech recognition, speech processing, or MIR.

Responsibilities

• Join a small, specialised research team to develop audio AI and music technology software
• Contribute to research and development in the listed areas
• Collaborate with engineers to translate research into product features

Qualifications

• PhD holder with published research in one or more of: speech synthesis, singing voice synthesis, automatic speech recognition, speech processing, MIR
• Experience in deep learning for audio and music applications
