Assistant Engineer - Rail (CR/RAL) Crawley, England

Salary: GBP30 - GBP37 per hour

This vacancy is for an experienced Assistant Engineer, mostly weekends with some midweek.

Role includes assisting the Lead Engineer in:
Undertake Stressing of Plain Line
Confirm the track is fit for operational purposes following maintenance repair
Maintain permanent way assets
Restore track geometry by Manual Repair
Safe use of portable & transportable plant

Qualifications required:
PTS
Manual Handling
Driving licence
