Role: Assistant Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer

Location: Bristol

My Client, a market leading Environmental Consultancy who specialise in flood risk, hydrology and hydraulic modelling are searching for an Assistant Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer to join their established team in Bristol.

Responsibilities

• Complete technical work including Flood Risk Assessments, Surface Water Management Plans, Drainage Strategies, Flood Estimation and SuDS Design using Microdrainage and AutoCAD for Public and Private Sector Clients.
• Work on Flood Risk, Surface Water, Environmental, Drainage and Hydraulic Modelling Projects for Local Authorities and Private Sector Clients.
• Receive support and training from the experienced team in Bristol.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Hydrology or Civil Engineering.
• Experience working for a UK based Consultancy completing Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies and Drainage Design using Microdrainage.
• Ideally live in the South West or be willing to relocate to the local area.
