OverviewOur client is a Civil Engineering and Groundworks company, subcontractors to both regional and national housebuilders. With a turnover of c 100 million they are financially stable and growing organically. Projects include 278 works, residential groundworks, footpaths, roads, sewers and earthworks.What you will be doingSetting out works, proficient use of surveying instruments, and interpreting technical drawings.Supporting quality control processes, inspection & testing, and maintaining accurate records.Applying health, safety, environmental, and sustainability standards on site.Engaging with the project team and client representatives to ensure successful delivery.Continuously developing your technical knowledge, CAD skills, and understanding of construction methodologies.What you will bringYou will possess or be working towards a qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Structural Engineering to HNC level or aboveExperience in delivering setting out and engineering processes on construction projects (residential groundworks project experience an advantage).Knowledge of CAD softwareCompetent in surveying and setting out techniques.What\'s on OfferMentorship from experienced industry professionalsTraining on GPS machine control (model building) Technical testing, Adoptions processExposure to multiple residential groundworks projects.Career progression opportunities in a supportive environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.If you\'re ready to take the first step in building a successful career in construction, please contact John Ashcroft for more information (phone number removed)About UsWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
