Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to plan and deliver projects to the highest standards.
  • Provide technical leadership across a wide range of structural engineering projects.
  • Coach and mentor junior and graduate engineers, supporting their development.
  • Manage project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee commercial aspects including preparing fee proposals and managing client relationships.
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary collaboration and internal technical development.

What They're Looking For

  • Chartered Engineer, member of IStructE or ICE.
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in design and project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design codes and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in analysis and design software such as GSA, SCIA, or ETABS.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects at varying scales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for driving innovation in structural engineering and creating sustainable impact.
