The Cloud Operations team is a dynamic group renowned for its fast-paced work environment and dedication to delivering exceptional client service. Specialising in complex and critical support needs, it helps industry-leading customers overcome their most challenging cloud-related issues.

As an Associate Azure Engineer, you will be a critical escalation point within the support team. Your primary responsibility will be investigating and resolving support cases escalated by the service desk team, ensuring issues are managed and resolved effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex Microsoft Azure incidents, changes, service requests, and problem records, driving them to resolution.
• Serve as a technical escalation point within the team.
• Achieve and maintain KPIs as defined by the Support Team Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience working on Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Beneficial Microsoft Azure certifications: Azure Administrator Associate
• A demonstrated passion for continuous learning, with a drive to stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
