The role

• Managing the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, balancing demands and priorities, reviewing civil infrastructure design from project proposition through to construction. Planning project resources and finances, and monitoring project financial performance.
• Managing technical staff, planning team workload, mentoring staff, and developing junior team members.
• Preparing and reviewing technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
• Contributing to work winning efforts by applying customer focus to secure the group's project pipeline.

What you need to succeed

• A strong technical background in infrastructure design with experience leading a technical specialism in Highways, Utilities, or Sustainable Drainage.
• Experience in successful international multidisciplinary project delivery, with leadership, motivation, and excellent communication skills.
• A willingness to travel and a desire for continuous quality improvement.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and MicroDrainage.
• Membership in a relevant professional institution.
