A new London office is landing - a reputable International design consultant with big plans for their London division.

The well respected and highly qualified London Director is already in place. The recruitment of the senior structural team is the first stage to build the operation.

Responsibilities

• Help build and lead the London office, targeting growth to up to 30 staff in the next few years.
• Win business and develop client relationships (business development).
• Manage and run projects with strong technical buildings experience.
• Recruit and develop the senior structural team.

Qualifications

• Ideally MICE or MIStructE qualified.
• Good technical buildings experience; excellent project running and business development skills.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Other details

The international projects can offer a decent work cushion while the London work builds, and the international firm already have clients in London, so people on the ground here can pick those up immediately.
