Associate Director - Building Services (Electrical) Cambridge Paying up to £90,000

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer at Associate Director level to take on a leadership role in a multidisciplinary MEP team delivering high-impact projects across the UK and beyond.

About the Role: You'll step into a joint leadership position within a highly skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) team. Your focus will be on guiding project delivery, offering technical and design advice, and supporting the success of projects from concept through to completion.

Key responsibilities include: * Leading projects across your discipline, as well as multidisciplinary teams. * Acting as technical lead and design reviewer across a range of project types. * Supporting bids and client engagement - demonstrating where your expertise has contributed to winning work or delivering successful outcomes. * Supervising the development of detailed designs and specifications. * Directing feasibility studies and coordinating input across disciplines. * Ensuring resources are planned and aligned with project timelines and complexity.
