Key Responsibilities:
·Manage and mentor a small team of Engineers, ensuring quality design output and technical excellence.
·Lead project delivery across multiple sectors, coordinating with internal disciplines and external stakeholders.
·Take ownership of resource planning, balancing workload and team development.
·Oversee project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring profitability.
·Prepare and present proposals, building strong client relationships and supporting business growth.
·Contribute to P&L management, supporting the financial health and expansion of the Manchester office.
What They're Looking For:
·Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
·Proven consultancy experience in Building Services, with a track record of leading projects.
·Experience in managing and mentoring engineers at different levels.
·Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards.
·Commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in proposals, budgeting, and financial oversight.
·Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
