They have a healthy pipeline of works for years to come and due to continued growth are now seeking an experienced Associate Fire Engineer to join their team in Birmingham to aid with various commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Fire Strategy Development & Design Advice: Lead the development of fire strategies for commercial projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs comply with current fire safety regulations and support architectural and MEP coordination. Client-Facing Technical Leadership: Act as the fire safety lead for clients and design teams. Provide expert advice on fire protection, means of escape, passive and active systems, and support stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Code Compliance & Regulatory Liaison: Ensure projects meet relevant codes and standards (e.g. Approved Document B, BS 9999, BS 7974).
