Due to this success, our client is looking for two Associate Level Geotechnical Engineers to support the technical and operational running of their team. Our client offers a multicultural office and project experience, boasting an international team to work on global assignments.As an Associate Geotechnical Engineer, you will be a bridge (pardon the partial pun) between the team of Directors and the more junior staff. Acting as a team lead, you will be expected to motivate, mentor and develop the Engineers around you, while acting as a Technical lead and authority. Given the diversity of our client's team and projects, much of your time will be spent collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across mixed-use, commercial, urban, buildings and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to undertake project cost control and compliance processes, as well as contribute from time to time on operational and business development tasks.
