This role focuses on learning and applying foundational software development skills under the guidance of senior engineers.Code Development: Write, test, and debug basic software code according to task specifications.Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.Documentation: Create supporting documentation associated with assigned tasks.Internal Collaboration: Work in teams, communicate effectively with peers and management.Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development to improve technical skills and stay updated with latest technology trends.All other duties as assignedQualificationsProgramming Languages: Basic proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XSLT) and DevOps practices. Familiarity with software development lifecycle.Version Control: Understand and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), IDEs and basic knowledge of web application security principles.Testing: Knowledge of basic testing methods, unit testing, and tools.Debugging: Ability to debug code using browser developer tools (for front-end) or using breakpoints and logging in back-end code.
