Associate Solutions Engineer – Farnborough. Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + Progression + Training + CCNA Qualification paid for + Gym + Hybrid Working + 33 Days Annual Leave + so much more.

Excellent opportunity for a NOC Engineer or 3rd Line Support Engineer with aspirations of becoming a Solutions Engineer. The company offers training, development, and paid industry recognised certifications (CCNA) with a clear route of progression. They are at the forefront of connectivity solutions in challenging environments, keeping people connected and safe. They are expanding the Solutions Engineering team and are looking to add someone who can be trained and developed into the position.

In this role you will start by assisting with NOC and 3rd Line duties while building knowledge in presales, IoT, and Telco solutions and products. You’ll predominantly be office-based at the start, but as your knowledge grows you’ll begin attending client visits and discussing solutions to issues they are facing.

The ideal candidate is a NOC or 3rd Line Support Engineer with ambitions to grow into a Solutions Engineer. Candidates must have strong communication skills and be eligible for SC clearance due to the office location. A full driver’s license and own vehicle are required.
