Associate Structural Engineer – London SE1

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum • Type: Full Time • Region: UK - London • Town/City: City of London, London

Company: A forward-thinking, award-winning, multi-disciplinary property consultancy with over 50 years of experience. The London Civil/Structural Team consists of 10 staff and is part of a larger firm of around 2000 employees.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a wide variety of building structures projects, from £0.5m up to £30m in value, including new build and refurbishment schemes.
  • Mentor graduates, manage projects, and contribute to the running and growth of the team from both business and mentoring perspectives.
  • Collaborate in a design office environment to deliver high-quality structural designs and documentation.

Qualifications

  • UK experience in a design office working on buildings structures is essential.
  • Knowledge of Scia, Tekla and Tedds would be beneficial.
  • Ideally MIStructE or MICE qualified.
  • Ability to work with top-name clients and deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Ability to mentor graduates and develop the team’s capabilities.
