Responsibilities:

Leading and mentoring a team of engineers

Overseeing project delivery and ensuring high technical standards

Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development

Supporting financial and resource management across projects

About you:

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Chartered status (CEng MIStructE or MICE)

Proven leadership, technical, and client-facing experience
