Responsibilities and duties of the Associate Structural Engineer role

Offer technical advice and guidance to your team of 8 Successfully secure and bring work into the business Recruitment of your new team members Successful run the office and projects Be strategically involved with the direction of the business and team Regularly communicate with clients, stakeholders and the wider board

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

Chartered with the ICE or IStructE Proven managerial and mentoring experience Proven success bringing work and clients into the business Background working with a variety of project types and materials
