Your new role

As Associate Mechanical Engineer, you’ll:
  • Lead mechanical design and project delivery from concept topletion.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of engineers and technicians.
  • Own client relationships, prepare fee bids, and present solutions.
  • Deliver technical reports, calculations, and BIM-integrated designs.
  • Oversee project finances, resource planning, and quality reviews.
  • Drive sustainability andmercial oues across your projects.

    • What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
  • 5+ years’ experience in mechanical building services design.
  • Experience leading teams and deliveringplex projects.
  • Strong client-facing and business development skills.
  • BIM/CAD proficiency and digital engineering awareness.
  • A mindset ready for leadership, influence, and impact.
