Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote AV field service engineering support across client sites.
• Carry out preventative maintenance, site surveys, and event coordination.
• Handle small works installations and handover to clients.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and SLA compliance.
• Manage and update service tickets promptly and accurately.
• Participate in rotational shift patterns and occasional European travel.
• Support documentation and administration linked to service delivery.
• Strong technical proficiency in AV / VC / UC technologies.
• Experience managing client communications and escalations.
• Calm under pressure with excellent troubleshooting ability.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Flexible approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.
