Senior AV Engineer, Sheffield

UK-wide (travel required, occasional overnight stays)

Permanent | £30,000–£36,000 + benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Senior AV Engineer to join our Client’s expert installation and service team. You’ll take ownership of complex AV projects, mentor junior engineers, and help deliver world-class bespoke AV solutions across the UK.

What you’ll do:

• Lead on-site AV installations from first fix to commissioning
• Mentor and coach the engineering team
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
• Troubleshoot complex AV systems and provide expert-level support
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AV technologies

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in AV design, integration, and team management
• Deep knowledge of video distribution, networking, control systems, audio, projection, and displays
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK
