About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Audio Visual Engineer to join a growing team working on diverse and innovative national projects. This role focuses on delivering exceptional installation, service, and support for clients across multiple sectors, including corporate, leisure, and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain large-format LED displays and video walls. Configure and service sound systems for optimal audio performance. Set up and troubleshoot video distribution systems such as AVoIP and video matrix solutions. Install and program DSP (Digital Signal Processors) for customized sound configurations. Provide technical expertise in IT and network infrastructure relevant to AV systems. Deliver comprehensive service and support to client sites, ensuring all equipment functions seamlessly. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to meet project goals.Skills and Experience Required:
