Why Rolls-Royce?

As a member of the Audit and Regulatory Compliance (A&RC) team you will play a critical role to ensuring Rolls-Royce maintains its required certifications. The A&RC team is strategically placed in the Business Support Organization as it must interface with all areas of the business coordinating assurance of regulation and certification requirements. The Regulations Interface Lead will specifically support the expositions across the Bristol campus and maintenance of the connection between the regulations and the RR Management System (ARIS). You will need to become a subject matter expert in the different regulations that the Bristol site (and deployed sites) must maintain a certification. You will also be the main point of contact between RR and the customer/regulatory contact. It is also your responsibility to drive continued improvement and effectiveness of the system working with business leaders throughout the site.

Work with us and we’ll welcome you into an inclusive culture, one that invests in your continuous learning and development, and gives you access to a wide breadth and depth of experience.

We offer excellent development, a competitive salary and exceptional benefits. These include bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts.

Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, frequency will depend on business needs, nature of role, what works for the team and for the individual. Discover more on our GBS Service Portal about hybrid working.
