Automation Maintenance Engineer (2-Shift Rotation) Location: Kent Salary: £41-46k + Benefits Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shifts: Monday to Friday - 7:00am-3:00pm / 3:00pm-11:00pm (rotating weekly) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Automation Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing business. You'll play a key role in maintaining and servicing machinery across a range of departments including Injection Moulding, Automation Assembly, Fabrication, and Regrind. Key Responsibilities: Routine, proactive, and reactive maintenance of production and automation machinery Tool changes and mechanical adjustments in line with production requirements Monitor machine performance, maintain detailed records, and ensure operational efficiency Support health and safety compliance, including regular audits Liaise with team leaders, planners, and contractors to minimise downtime Work flexibly to support production priorities, including potential overtime Essential Requirements: Proven experience with Injection Moulding machinery Relevant engineering apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience Strong health and safety awareness and a proactive approach to machinery care Ability to work independently ...
