Key Responsibilities: Researching and developing new products for the automotive aftermarket. Maintaining and updating application coverage for existing tools. Working with marketing to produce tool demonstration videos and instructional content. Liaising with technicians, trade contacts, and suppliers to stay up to date with tooling trends and workshop needs. Testing prototype tools and collecting appropriate vehicle parts. Answering technical queries from customers. Supporting the Technical Director with day-to-day project work. About You: NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
