Overview

AV Desktop / Helpdesk Support Engineer sought to support integrated AV systems. The successful candidate will diagnose system faults remotely, develop inventive fixes, and communicate professionally with clients by phone or remote access. Experience with call logging / ticketing systems and time management to meet SLAs is required. End user clients are in the blue chip corporate sector. The role also involves supporting a team of AV field service engineers as the go-to person for solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system faults remotely and propose effective solutions.
• Communicate professionally with clients by phone or remote access to resolve problems.
• Log and manage support tickets, ensuring tickets are completed to match agreed SLAs.
• Provide guidance and support to a team of AV Field Service Engineers.
• Collaborate to maintain high-quality AV support and service delivery for end users.

• Boardrooms, Meeting rooms, Learning spaces, Auditoria, Corporate AV
• IT networks: Cisco, Draytek, Microsoft
• Peripherals / vendors: Logitech, Yealink, Neat, Bose

Location / Eligibility

UK residents only. Must be legally eligible to work in the UK and demonstrate a clearly defined skill set within the CV.
