Overview AV Desktop / Helpdesk Support Engineer sought for technically proficient AV professional to support integrated AV systems. You will diagnose system faults remotely, develop innovative fixes, and communicate professionally with clients by phone and remotely. You will experience call logging / ticketing and manage your time to ensure tickets meet agreed SLAs. End user clients are in the blue chip corporate sector. You will also support a team of AV field service engineers as the go-to person for problem resolution. If you have the relevant AV knowledge outlined below, please send your CV asap. Responsibilities
Diagnose AV system faults remotely and propose innovative fixes. Communicate professionally with clients by phone and remotely to resolve issues. Log calls and manage tickets in line with agreed SLAs. Support and assist a team of AV field service engineers with solutions to complex issues. Maintain a high level of end-user satisfaction in a corporate environment.
