Join a leading technology solutions provider as an AV Engineer – Remote and contribute expertise in delivering high-quality audio-visual systems for enterprise clients. The role focuses on configuring, supporting, and maintaining AV solutions, ensuring smooth operation for meetings, events, and collaborative environments.
The team is looking for strong knowledge of AV technologies, troubleshooting skills, and experience with conferencing platforms, control systems, and networked AV setups. A proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a remote setting will be key to success.
Responsibilities
- Providing remote AV support to a wide range of UK-based customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Yealink and Crestron solutions
- Assisting on a busy service desk, picking up live tickets and delivering rapid resolution
- Sharing ideas to improve processes, tooling, and customer outcomes
- Participating in an on-call rota (1 week in 3, Monday–Friday) – additional £280/week allowance
- Rare travel – up to 8 customer visits per year
Requirements
- 2+ years of AV support experience
- Solid knowledge of Yealink or Crestron platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to hit the ground running
- Good communication skills for both internal team collaboration and customer interaction
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage workload independently in a remote environment

- £42,000–£45,000 base salary
