AV Field Service Engineer

Location: London | Salary: Up to £45,000 + Expenses Paid

We're representing one of the most respected technology companies in the AV industry, and they're searching for a talented AV Engineer to join their growing team.

This is not just another service position, it's a brand new role offering genuine progression opportunities and the chance to shape the service side of a business that's expanding fast.

The Role

50/50 split between office-based remote tech support and on-site field service.

Troubleshoot and fix AV/UC/VC systems remotely-then step on-site when a hands-on solution is needed.

Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Future scope to lead the service desk, move into commissioning, or progress into senior positions as the team grows.

What We're Looking For

Proven AV/UC/VC fault-finding and servicing experience.

Experience with Crestron, Polycom, QSYS, Extron and Dante ideally

Comfortable balancing desk-based support with on-site engineering.

Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.

Someone ready to grow with a company that values your expertise and input.
