Location

London, England, United Kingdom (London or home counties based). The role will involve visiting end user clients in the City, Greater London and further afield.

Responsibilities

• Fix faults (service) and complete preventative maintenance checks for clients within the blue chip market place.
• Perform fault diagnostics on integrated AV / videoconference systems and resolve issues ranging from simple connectors to complex problems.
• Work hands-on with a quick and efficient approach while keeping the end user client informed and satisfied.
• Complete all paperwork, sign-off and submit on time.
• Utilise skills in audio and video along with control systems; experience with DSP / Bi-Amp / QSC, Qsys, Dante is a must.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with audio and video along with control systems is required.
• Knowledge of DSP / Bi-Amp / QSC, Qsys, Dante is desirable.
• Based in the UK or eligible to work in the UK; NO sponsorship offered.
