We are seeking a skilled and proactive Audio Visual Field Service Engineer to join our client's growing service team. Based from their West London hub, this field-based role involves visiting client sites primarily across London, with occasional travel across the UK, to service, maintain, and repair a range of AV systems-with a particular focus on LED video wall technology. Conduct on-site fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of professional AV systems. Specialise in LED video wall servicing including fault-finding, panel alignment, module repairs, and firmware updates. Essential Skills & Experience: Previous experience as an AV or field service engineer within a service-led environment.
Strong technical knowledge of LED wall systems (ROE, Absen, Unilumin, INFiLED or equivalent).
Familiarity with AV control and signal routing systems such as Crestron, Extron, QSYS, or Kramer.
Understanding of video conferencing solutions (Zoom, Teams, Cisco) and audio DSPs (QSC, Biamp, BSS).
