You will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and repair of AV and IT infrastructure that underpins the operation of audio visual technical services provided across teaching, study and meeting spaces. Service delivery specialist for the Audio Visual Repair service under the direction of the Maintenance Team Supervisor. Proactively identify, prioritise, and manage the resolution of problems to minimize the adverse impact on business operations and enhance overall service quality. Utilise approved AI tools to improve productivity across all areas of work. Contribute to the Learning Spaces Technology Asset Management service. Responsible for the physical and digital processing of assets. Maintain the integrity of the asset database by correctly categorising new items and regularly reviewing existing classifications for accuracy.
