AV Technical Installation Engineer Surrey and London based £43K - £48K per annum plus overtime Our client is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Installation Engineer to join their team due to growth. You will be responsible for attending multiple customer sites to carry out installation, configuration and at times assisting with fixes. You will: Install, configure and test AV systems Produce and update technical documentation Review and advise on technical solution design Carry out pre-site system staging configuration and testing Carry out system commissioning and handover Plan AV, IP networks, work with the client to ensure IT protocols and network security policies are adhered to Be fully involved in all onsite installation activities Ensure all works are completed to the clients’ standards Ensure the termination and connection of all cabling and equipment is carried out to the highest standard Follow up directly any issues or technical questions with manufacturers Support with first and second fix works Assist where required in support escalations Pick up and completing on or off-site tasks delegated from Project Manager Review and advise on necessary changes to system design drawings Adhere to strict on-site and internal health and safety procedures Exte...
