Our client is one of the world’s leading FinTechs - They build award winning trading platforms and payments solutions used around the world.

In their London office, with flexible, hybrid working, they’re growing their Cloud Platform team and are looking for an experienced engineer with great knowledge across AWS cloud infrastructure and networking, developer experience, Terraform, automation and CI/CD etc. to join them.

You’ll be key in the design, deployment and operation of IaaS and PaaS on a multi-cloud platform and will have the chance to define and drive cloud best practices, and developer enablement.

As a Senior engineer you’ll be able to architect and deploy scalable cloud solutions, create developer-friendly tools and platforms and Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and operate IaaS and PaaS on a multi-cloud platform
• Define and drive cloud best practices and developer enablement
• Architect and deploy scalable cloud solutions; create developer-friendly tools and platforms
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices

Qualifications

• Great experience designing and supporting complex AWS cloud infrastructure platforms
• Great experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible and on-prem / cloud Kubernetes
• Solid knowledge of networking and services like VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateways
• Experience in managing Kubernetes clusters and services
