We are seeking a talented and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our internal DevOps team at our headquarters in Central London.

This role offers the opportunity to design and maintain scalable development pipelines, champion automation, and drive continuous improvement across software delivery processes.

Scope & Responsibilities

Pipeline & Infrastructure Development

• Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines from source control to production.
• Build and maintain infrastructure and tooling that supports robust and scalable software delivery.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Contribute to medium- and long-term DevOps strategy as a technical product owner.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Continuously improve development workflows and deployment processes.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and YAML.

Quality Assurance & Security

• Conduct testing, code reviews, and system analysis to uphold high standards.
• Embed strong security controls into systems to guard against cyber threats.

Project Support & Troubleshooting

• Participate in planning and implementation of new features and infrastructure changes.
• Resolve technical issues, applying effective fixes and updates.
